This is a two-story bar and restaurant we designed for our American clients. The concept features a total of four cocktail bars—two on the ground floor and two on the second floor—with each bar offering identical functions. All bars specialize in craft cocktails and craft beer. To support this, we've incorporated dedicated cocktail stations and beer draft systems. The beer is stored in refrigerators and dispensed through pressurized taps at the bar counters.

In addition to drinks, the venue offers a selection of light food and snacks, which led us to design a comprehensive kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with one freezer and one refrigerated unit for raw ingredient storage, followed by stainless steel prep tables for food preparation and cutting. The hot food section is outfitted with a grill, a fryer, a 6-burner wok range, and a combination oven for versatile cooking capabilities.

To ensure efficient service to the second floor, a food pass-through elevator has been installed, significantly improving serving speed and operational flow. Finally, a fully equipped dishwashing area includes a dirty dish drop-off station, a triple-compartment sink, a conveyor-type commercial dishwasher, and a clean dish drying and storage station, ensuring high hygiene standards and smooth back-of-house operations.
