

This project is located in the United States, within a resort where our client operates a restaurant. We designed a walk-in cooler and a dry storage room to store raw ingredients and supplies efficiently.
For food preparation, we included a three-tiered workbench setup along with a triple-compartment sink to facilitate washing, prepping, and processing of ingredients.
The hot kitchen area is fully equipped for diverse cooking methods, featuring a 10-burner range, a flat-top grill, a charbroiler, and a deep fryer to handle a wide variety of menu items.
A dedicated cold kitchen station was designed specifically for preparing cold dishes and salads. This area includes a salad prep refrigerator, an under-counter refrigerator, and an ice cream machine to support dessert and cold food production.
We also designed a separate dishwashing room to ensure hygiene and efficient operations, complete with a pre-wash sink, a commercial dishwasher, and a clean dish drying and storage table (clean dish station) for easy access and reuse of tableware.
In addition, the restaurant features two distinct bar counters: one bar specializes in desserts and coffee service, while the other is a full-service cocktail and craft beer bar, offering handcrafted cocktails and a selection of draft craft beers on tap. This layout enhances guest experience by clearly separating beverage and dessert offerings within the space.
