

We have designed a bar and restaurant located in the United States that offers both craft beverages and food service. The space is thoughtfully laid out to optimize workflow, efficiency, and customer experience.
At the heart of the bar area is a rectangular bar counter, strategically divided into two functional zones. One side is dedicated to **craft cocktail service**, equipped with a full cocktail station, under-counter refrigeration, and a built-in ice machine to support efficient drink preparation. The opposite side focuses on **craft beer service**, featuring multiple beer taps and a specialized beer refrigerator (keg cooler) to maintain optimal serving temperatures and streamline draft beer dispensing.
In the kitchen area, we implemented a highly efficient workflow by placing **dry storage, a walk-in refrigerator, and a walk-in freezer** close to the main ingredient intake point. Adjacent to these storage areas, we designed a **central prep zone** that includes a raw ingredient processing station and a dedicated **dough preparation area**. This layout significantly reduces the distance staff must travel to transport ingredients, improving both speed and operational efficiency.
Immediately next to the prep zone is the **hot kitchen**, allowing for a seamless transition from ingredient preparation to cooking. Additionally, we created a **separate salad preparation station**, designed to maintain hygiene and efficiency in cold food production, ensuring high standards for freshness and food safety.
This integrated design emphasizes functionality, logical workflow, and practicality—supporting high-volume service while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment for both staff and guests.
